What Are They?
“… let’s think of Hoshin Kanri in three major steps: 1. Strategy Development; 2. Organizational Alignment; and 3. Execution. The X-Matrix is specifically targeted for Organizational Alignment and the A3 for Execution. Even though they are used at different stages, the X-Matrix and A3 share an attribute. They both serve to provide an organized view of a vast array of information arranged logically to communicate a message or a story that otherwise would be difficult to see.”
