So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The technical rehearsal, or ‘tech’, is the first time the costumes will be seen and tested in practical and creative terms, with the set, props, lighting and sound all together in the correct order and context onstage. For costume supervisors, it is the time when they begin to hand over responsibility for looking after the costumes to the running wardrobe supervisor and the team of dressers, who will be maintaining the costumes for the performances.
