So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

When I was writing my first book on virtual training in the mid-2000s, I interviewed several trainers who had already embraced online delivery and asked them all the same question: What is the number one piece of advice you would give to a new virtual facilitator? I got the same response over and over: Learn the technology.
Since that time, I’ve worked with thousands of classroom trainers in their quests to become online facilitators, and I still fully agree with that advice.
