I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Facilitator of the Future
There’s no question that the facilitator role is changing. The bigger question is what you can do to prepare yourself to stay relevant as a training professional. Change is constant in this industry, and if you’re not growing in your role, you will become stagnant and eventually irrelevant. By staying current and keeping your eyes on the horizon of what’s next, you will continue to grow and learn, and you will continue adding value to modern learning experiences. This is how you become the learning experience facilitator of the future.
