I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Facilitating Hybrid Classes
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations turned to hybrid working models as a way to accommodate both in-office and remote employees. A McKinsey study revealed that nine out of 10 organizations planned to adopt a hybrid working model, and most executives did not expect their employees to be in the office every day of the week (Alexander et al. 2021).
As a result, organizations have been faced with decisions about how to handle in-person training classes. For some, it is a simple decision to go back to the classroom.
