“Sure. I've watched the movie so many times I know many of the best quotes by heart. He said, ‘The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of the evil men—”

“Stop right there!” Sophia interrupted. “Now, exchange ‘the righteous man’ with ‘the leader’ and leave out ‘the tyranny of the evil men’. What remains?”

“The path of the leader is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish.”

“Correct. I recently watched the movie again. And when Samuel L. Jackson quoted the Bible, I immediately noticed this. If you exchange the words as you have just done, it says a lot about the leadership path.”

“Yes. Being a leader is difficult. There are many, many leadership challenges waiting for you everywhere. If you want to become a highly effective leader, you must overcome your leadership challenges and ensure you execute your plans. So then, it is ‘Execution’ that you can write into a roof that you can draw above The Leadership House pillars.”
