It takes a village. While this phrase carries a political charge for some, it is a spot-on metaphor for the process of writing and publishing a book. Authors may hole up in their offices for months on end, but most books carry the fingerprints of many people. This one is no exception.
First and foremost, I have deep gratitude for the organizations who invited me in, either as an employee or as a consultant and change agent. I’m hard-wired as a scientist, and every organization has provided me with a living laboratory to observe, digest, hypothesize, test, and draw conclusions that form the foundation of my work and this book.
