I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

If you’re not going to be passionate about your work what are you going to be passionate about? Look, you spend more time at work doing work, living, breathing and being work, than anything else except perhaps sleeping. You must be passionate about what you do. You’re passionate about sex, but that doesn’t last as long as your career. You’re passionate about food and you only eat three times a day – work is continual.
