I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

It’s certainly true that your genes play a big part in who you are. But you’re no slave to them. You can change a great deal about yourself despite your genetic inheritance. You may be stuck with most of your physical characteristics (though it’s amazing how much difference cosmetics can make) but you have plenty of control over your character, your outlook, your values, your attitudes, your understanding, your achievements.
