To improve, however, you first need to create a baseline from which to establish and chart your progress. To serve that purpose, we created the Student Leadership Practices Inventory®.
The Student Leadership Practices Inventory (S‐LPI)® measures how frequently students engage in the behaviors that lead to the best leadership outcomes. It allows you to understand your behaviors, own your development, and identify where to improve.
