It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This chapter is intended to share real-life experience and examples that support some of the earlier theories. First, let’s review some tips to consider in the procurement process:
Communication is critical for cross-functional teams. There will be multiple streams of activities that need alignment and document trails, so it is best to use online collaboration tools – Microsoft Teams, Trello, Slack, etc.
Flexibility costs money. Any form of variable demand capacity entails a premium price on unlimited flexibility (eg ULA agreements are most expensive and trickiest to terminate or convert into regular volume subscription agreements).
