Charles H. Green
Charles H. Green is author of Trust-Based Selling (2005), and coauthor of the bestselling business book The Trusted Advisor (with David H. Maister and Robert M. Galford, 2000), ranked a Top 25 Business Book by Inc. magazine and 800-CEO-Read.
As founder and CEO of Trusted Advisor Associates, Green has been researching, teaching, and coaching the building of trust in business settings for 15 years, working with global firms from Boston to Beijing to Barcelona. He previously worked with the MAC Group and its successor, Gemini Consulting, for 20 years, where his roles included strategy consulting, VP Planning, and other leadership positions.
Focusing on trust in business relationships, Green works with complex organizations to improve trust in sales, internal trust between organizations, and trusted advisor relationships with external clients and customers. His focus is on trust as it affects human relationships, including trust in ethics, social relationships, politics, and psychology.
In addition to his books, Green has written a number of articles in leading business journals, including Harvard Business Review, Directorship Magazine, American Lawyer, the CPA Journal, and Commercial Lending Review.
