It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Learning the Six Energies
Whenever I teach the six energies to people, I find that they have a great deal of anxiety, fear, and doubt in their lives and are looking for a safe place within themselves. They are looking for a way to protect themselves during conflict. What they come to realize is that through the six energies, they can learn to connect in a dynamic and very real way with their fears and doubts. And it’s not just a matter of dealing with things—you know the expression, “You have to deal with it.” No, it’s actually shifting your energy to decrease the impact of fear and doubt, to lessen the sense of danger, and to sharpen your awareness so that you can protect yourself in the tight corners.
