Handling Work Challenges

Nothing tests our mettle and ability to cope more than the big challenges of life: losing a job, going through a divorce, grieving the death of a loved one, being injured in an accident. The word “crisis” means “a situation of extreme danger or difficulty,” but it also means “a turning point.” So even good things that happen to us can pose a challenge to us, whether it’s getting a new job, meeting the love of our lives, getting married, or receiving a big promotion.
