What follows are three additional sections about topics that are critical to designing successful projects: content strategy, application planning, and application usability.
These were originally conceived as shorter sections that were to be sprinkled throughout the book, flavoring the soup, so to speak, with broad and unifying principles that you should keep in mind from beginning to end.
The trouble is, they’re all critically and equally important. But the rest of this book has a flow from preparing, to building, to the delivery of an app. So interspersing these extra sections throughout the book would have given a false impression that whichever one was last could be thought about toward the end ...
