A Practical Example

Introduction

So far I’ve had plenty to say in relation to the rise in importance of transfer pricing—how trade has grown over time, how the need for transfer pricing came about, the difficulties that MNEs and transnationals encounter along the way, and the things that every organizational family needs to think about when it is creating its own transfer pricing system. It is not an easy task and I’d have a small wager that a reader out there somewhere will think of something I have forgotten. Now it’s time to move on and give you a practical example that you may be able to relate to, or that will give you a foundation for developing your own model.
