In the context of transfer pricing, much time and effort are spent on discussion of supply-chain issues that relate to property transactions, both tangible and intangible. Tracking how expenditure flows through the organization, from the initial purchase order in procurement through the incoming–conversion–outgoing process and ultimately to the receipt of payment from the end customer is not easy.
