It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
This book is dedicated to my wife, Penny, my faithful partner for the past thirty-seven years, who has helped me stay on course to True North, and to our sons, Jeff and Jon, and our daughters-in-law, Renée and Jeannette, who represent the best of the new generation of authentic leaders.
