It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Ultra-wideband technology is revolutionizing the wireless industry by opening doors for new applications as well as complementing existing wireless systems. This chapter presented a complete overview of current markets, such as consumer electronics and PC-oriented products, as well as future UWB potential target markets, such as wireless sensor networks and smart phones. Based on careful research and analysis of this emerging market, this chapter provided realistic projections of UWB market growth in terms of price and number of chip sets through 2010.
