WHO QUALIFIES AS a courageous executive? For nearly two years I worked with three of them—Ken Delcol, Paul Young, and Gary Walker at Sciex in Canada. They initiated, supported, and drove Sciex’s excursion into agile software development. Paul was the CIO, Ken was the director of product management, and Gary was manager of software development.
