I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Before You Begin
Properly planning installation and management of your Terminal Server/MetaFrame deployment is extremely important to the overall success of the project. Going into a project with the belief that you can “wing it” and implement an environment driven by last-minute decisions and an “I think that will work” attitude is both idealistic and very likely to fail. At the least, you would manage to cobble together a configuration that worked but was far from an optimal solution for the target environment.
