An MBA can be a great way to improve your career outlook or facilitate a pivot. It is the most common, most valuable, and most widely applicable graduate degree for those interested in working in business. That said, it is often not needed. I did my MBA at Columbia Business School and want to share what an MBA entails and what the purpose is.
