What do I need to know about the domain update?

In early December 2018, we’ll be changing our main URL from safaribooksonline.com to learning.oreilly.com.

  • You’ll have the same online learning experience to help you build new skills and solve problems on the fly and the same content you had before—the only thing that’s changing at this time is the name.
  • We encourage you to update any bookmarks or links you use to navigate to pages on our learning platform. The safaribooksonline.com domain will still work but will now seamlessly redirect you to the new learning.oreilly.com version of each page.
  • You’ll want to whitelist our new domain so that your users are able to receive their account activation invitations and password reset emails, and so that we’re able to keep you informed about important updates.
  • We know change, however small, is challenging. Please tell us if you need updated logos to support your marketing communications.
