You don’t need to do anything to cancel your free trial as no credit card was required to sign up. Your trial will automatically cancel after 10 days.

If your trial has ended and no payment method was added, you won’t be charged. To continue using the platform, sign in and go to Settings > Plans & Payment. Choose a plan, enter your payment details, and click Subscribe.

To prevent your plan from auto-renewing, you’ll need to cancel your plan. Please click the user icon (desktop) or the menu icon (mobile), then navigate to Plans and Payment > Cancel Plan. This will cancel the auto-renewal of the account and leave the account active until your plan lapses.

Please note that by doing so, should you wish to resubscribe, you’ll be subject to any price changes that have been made to the subscription options.

To change your email address, please contact your account admin.

To change your password, please contact your account admin if your organization uses single sign-on (SSO). If your organization doesn’t use single sign-on, please follow the instructions for individual members below.

To change your email address, visit your profile page and select Edit Profile underneath your name. From there, you can edit the email address field and click Save.

To change your password, visit your profile page and select Edit Profile underneath your name. From there, click CHANGE PASSWORD at the top of the page. Enter your current password and the new password, then click Save.

Please contact your account admin.

To change your payment method, click the user icon (desktop) or the menu icon (mobile) and select Plans & Payment, then click Update Payment under Payment Information. From there, you can enter your new payment information and click Save Changes.

Unfortunately, billing currency can’t be changed after account setup. To use a different currency, you’ll need to create a new account with a different email address.

To guarantee you receive important messages from O’Reilly—including account activation and password reset emails—follow these instructions to add our domain and IP address to your allowlist.

Please work with your IT team to add the following domain and IP addresses as a trusted sender on your email server and firewall so that email from O’Reilly lands in your inbox.

Taking this step will ensure that you maintain complete access to O’Reilly and that we’re able to keep you informed about important updates.

If you haven’t received a password reset email that you’ve requested, it may be because your organization hasn’t yet taken the steps to add our email domain to your allowlist. Please reach out to your account admin to confirm whether they’ve allowed communications from O’Reilly.

If you haven’t received a password reset email that you’ve requested, it may have gone to your spam folder. Take a look there, and if you still don’t see it, check to make sure you’ve entered the correct email address. If you need further assistance, reach out to our support team.

To sign in with SSO, go to the login page and enter your company email. Select your organization from the dropdown list, then click Sign in with SSO.

You can access O’Reilly through your school or institution here. To log in, enter the name of your school or institution, then click Sign in and follow the on-screen instructions. Depending on your school or institution, you may be redirected to their login page or prompted to enter your affiliated email address.

To manage linked social accounts, go to your profile and click Edit Profile. From there, you can add or remove your social handles and URLs.
