About The Author –

Dr Poornima M Charantimath, Professor, Management Studies, KLS Institute of Management Education and Research (IMER), Belgaum. is a postgraduate in Management Studies from the Soulh London University. United Kingdom. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in engi neering and has obtained her Ph.D. in the area of Supply Chain Management. She was formerly Deputy Director (Education), Indian Institute of Materials Management, Bangalore.

Dr Charantimath has a rich experience of 23 years in teaching. research. administration, and consultancy. She has authored two books and has numerous research papers to her credit.
