6 The 10×Generation principles

Now that we have clearly defined the challenges that most organizations face, the next step is to understand the principles that will provide the differentiation between the current state and the 10×Generation state.

Each principle has a number of elements that need to be implemented to ensure that the full force of the principle is embedded in the organization. Each element is as important as the next and cannot be dismissed when looking to transform the organization.

The 10×Generation principles, as depicted in Figure 10, can be abbreviated to EA³: empowerment, adaptation, assessment and alignment.
