So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 15. Differences in Our Perspective on Scaling Agile
Looking back on our journey, it feels like our background caused us to take a somewhat different perspective on scaling agile to the enterprise than most organizations, which in hindsight was quite helpful. When we started out, we did not have much experience with agile, but we had a lot of experience doing development in a large enterprise. In the latter phases of getting this book published, we started getting lots of feedback from the agile community and spent time reading and learning more from their experiences. In hindsight, we probably should have spent more time up front getting involved with the agile experts to avoid having to learn as many things through the school of hard ...
