I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Authors
When we started this journey, we didn’t have much background with agile. We were a team that had a lot of passion around transforming our development processes to improve our effectiveness. We were encouraged by what we read about agile and decided to leverage and apply it to our large-scale embedded firmware development at Hewlett-Packard. What is captured in this story is based on what we found to be effective in transforming our business. In hindsight, it probably would have made sense to read more and better leverage the agile community so we did not have to learn a lot of these lessons through the school of hard knocks.
