So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Getting started with Bing mapping in Angular
This is our last Angular application, so we will start off by creating it in the same way we created applications in previous chapters. Again, we are going to use Bootstrap, rather than Angular Material.
The packages we are going to concentrate on in this chapter are as follows:
- bootstrap
- bingmaps
- firebase
- guid-typescript
Since we are going to be hooking our code up to cloud-based services, we will have to sign up to them first. In this section, we will look at what we need to do to sign up.
