もありますが、クラウドへの永続化やリアルタイムのコミュニケーションなどを行いたいならサー
バとの通信が必要です。
このために用意されているのが

というサービスです。サーバとの通信に関するさまざま
な機能が抽象化されており、簡単に利用できます。単純な
HTTP
の他に、
JSONP
と
CORS
にも対
応しています。
JSON
の脆弱性や
XSRF
に対する防御の機能も含まれています。リクエストやレス
ポンスのデータへの変換や、シンプルなキャッシュも可能です。
ここではショッピングカートのアプリケーションを修正し、メモリ上のサンプルデータではなく
サーバから商品のデータを取得することにします。サーバ側のコードの作成方法については本書の
対象外なので、商品のリストを
JSON
形式で返すサービスが存在すると仮定して解説を進めます。
