7. Enhanced Edits

These edit functions are intermediate commands you may use in addition to the basic edit functions.

Replace

A replace edit exchanges an entire Timeline clip for another clip.

1. Drag the new clip over the existing Timeline clip. When the clip highlights, release the mouse button.
