The Final Cut Pro audio tools enable you to manipulate audio clips precisely with the aid of visual feedback. Audio meters, waveforms of clips, and subframe editing of audio clips combine to yield great edits.

Change a project’s output from stereo to surround in the project’s Info inspector by clicking the Modify Settings button.
Setting Clip Volume Levels
