Standard Scripting Addition Commands

This section is a catalogue of the scripting addition commands present in a standard installation of Mac OS X.

For load script, store script, and run script, see Section 9.6. For the POSIX file class, see Section 13.7 and Section 14.5. For digital hub scripting, folder action, and CGI events, see Chapter 24. For the do shell script command, see Chapter 23.

Dialogs

These scripting addition commands put up dialogs. The dialog will appear in whatever application is being targeted at the moment, or in the host application if no application is being targeted.
