data quality dimensions in most contexts. Interpretability, authority, and depend-

ability are suggested as additional dimensions to consider, especially when assessing

the reputations of semistructured and nonstructured sources of information. We

have identied four aspects that should be evaluated to assess the reputations of

blogs and forums (two important forms of Web resources providing large numbers

of users’ opinions):
