Processing the Data
This is the fun part. After gathering input from our peers, our stake-holders, our competitors, and others, we now start to process the data. This phase is where we as HR professionals can investigate and truly analyze any options that we think would work and examine the effect they might have on our organization. As you go through this process, you may determine that you need to gather more input. It may feel as if you’re going backward in the process, but don’t worry: This is a normal occurrence as you dive deeper into your situation and a good sign that you’re critically evaluating the situation.
