The recruiting team is poring over resumes. They’ve had some excellent submissions, and they are trying to decide which candidates are worthy of moving forward through the process. They have already down selected to a short list, narrowing down the options to the final 20 percent of possible candidates when their chief executive officer (CEO) steps into the room.
