います。しかし実際には、トリッキーな処理がしばしば行われています。

アプリケーションでのページ単位の表示を実際に行ってみる前に、ページ単位の表
示とは何なのかということを正確に定義しておきたいと思います。
ページ単位の表示とは、量の多いコンテンツを複数のページとして表現し、ユーザーがそれぞれ
のページ間をナビゲートできるようにするための仕組みです。一般的な例としては検索結果があげ
られますが、他にもニュースサイト、ブログ、掲示板などでもページ単位の表示が見られます。そ
れぞれのページには「前へ」と「次へ」のリンクが表示されているほか、特定のページに直接移動で
きるようなリンクが用意されていることもあります。これらによって、ユーザーが求めるデータへ
のアクセスをより容易にすることが目指されます。
ページ単位の表示では、単にページ間の移動の仕組みが提供されるというだけではありません。
