About the Author
Linda A. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration in the Organizational Behavior Area at the Harvard Business School. She is unit chair of Organizational Behavior, faculty chair of the Leadership Initiative, and faculty chair of the Young Presidents’ Organization Presidents’ Seminar. She was the course head during the development of the new Leadership and Organizational Behavior MBA required course.
