For the rest of this book, I assume that you are using Visual Studio .NET 2003 for all your development needs. If you do not want to use this environment, you can look back to Chapter 1, “Game Development and Managed Code,” to see the discussion on compiling code on the command line, which allows you to use any text editor or integrated development environment (IDE) you want.
