We humans like to control our own lives and destinies. This is the natural order of things. Great pioneers determined their own paths. We learn and adapt as conditions change. This was true a thousand years ago and is true today. There are often barriers that prevent us from what we would like to do, but when we have the ability to control our own destiny, great innovation can occur.
