So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
11How Resilience Impacts High-Performing Teams
On the morning of 15 January 2009, the crew of US Airways Flight 1549 didn't wake up thinking ‘we must be resilient today’. However, on that day, they certainly displayed resilience. What they were clear on before they boarded the aeroplane were their roles and responsibilities and how they interlinked with the roles of others.
