So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In 2012, Google was on a mission. They wanted to build the perfect team, and they were willing to invest the time required to understand what it took. So, they embarked on a project. They gave it the code name ‘Aristotle’ because of his quote, ‘The whole is greater than the sum of its parts’. Two years later, after analysing 180 different teams, they were able to distil their findings to one attribute that impacted team performance more than any other: psychological safety.
