In this chapter, I describe what it takes to succeed with big data in addition to technology. I have touched on some of these issues in other chapters, but here I will give a more comprehensive perspective. Since chapters 7 and 8 are about big data in small (and online) and big companies, respectively, I won’t presume any particular size of organization in this one.
