What’s more, just because your interviewer may know the

answer to some of the questions already: for example, ‘How well

do you work under pressure?’, they still want to hear your answer

to the question. So don’t say ‘That’s a stupid question, you know

that already’; just give them the answer you would if this were an

external interview.
