nterviewers don’t hold second interviews simply because
they can’t decide who to offer the job to and they want
another look at the candidates. The second interview is an
opportunity to find out more about the candidates, or to enable
someone more senior to interview a shortlist of candidates. Or
maybe you were recruited through an agency who interviewed
you initially, so this is the first time you’ve met the employer.
