How should you answer the questions?

To begin with, you need to prepare your answers before you ever 

reach the interview. You’ve  already  identified  the  competencies 

you’re likely to be asked about. For each one of these you need 

to:

  Work out the kind of questions you’re likely to be asked 

(along the  lines of the examples above).

  Come up with more than one example  from your past 

experience to  illustrate each competency. This will show the 

interviewer that  you have broad experience of this kind of 

 Tell me about a time when you exceeded your customer’s expectations.
