Say no
When we take on too much we can feel resentful. So it’s impor-
tant to be able to say no to the unreasonable demands and
expectations of others and of ourselves. When you respect your
boundaries and know the difference between vital obligations
and non-vital obligations you will be able to say no and mean
it. When you feel free to say no and value yourself in this way:
