I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The factory of the future will have only two employees, a man and a dog. The man will be there to feed the dog. The dog will be there to keep the man from touching the equipment.
Of course the challenge to management is how to get the man to consistently feed the dog.
Whether or not this scene comes to pass, technology is already changing every part of our lives. As far back as the early 1980s, Fuji Fanuc operated a factory in Japan using practically all robotics.
