About the Author
Ali (Alison) Cox has almost four decades of work in various countries, industries, and organizations. She has worked for non-profit organizations like the 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Organizing Committee and various children’s hospitals. She has worked in banking, utilities, government, logistics, and insurance companies. The common characteristic of the places Ali has worked is that they all want to be better and more agile at what they do. Ali believes that good business analysis practices can make that happen.
Ali has coached, trained, and mentored people in the art of business analysis and business agility and loves to help organizations deliver value and have fun doing it! She is a proponent of using games to promote learning, development, and innovation and is a LEGO® Serious Play® Method Facilitator.
