I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT*
For several years social activists had embarked on a mass movement to seek the right to information, and to address the problem of corruption and lethargy in the government. They knew that public’s access to information was the key to bringing transparency and direct public accountability in governance. As Mahatma Gandhi said, “The real Swaraj will come not by the acquisition of authority by a few but by the acquisition of capacity by all to resist authority when abused”. The Right to Information movement resulted in the enactment of the Right To Information Act in June 2005.
